Hampton Cove is a beautifully landscaped, planned community located in the foothills and valleys of Monte Sano Mountain. Positioned within the Huntsville, Alabama city limits, Hampton Cove receives all the benefits of city services while defining a small town way of life. White Kentucky three rail fences encompass the community and a lushly landscaped waterfall and fieldstone springhouse greet you at the main entrance.

Hampton Cove began development in 1992 and is composed of twenty (20) different neighborhoods some of which are still growing today. Each neighborhood offers different living options ranging from 1,800 to 8,000 square foot estate luxury homes, family-sized homes, zero lot-line patio homes, and town homes. Three of our communities have contracted lawn maintenance services.

Throughout the 2800 acres of Hampton Cove, you will find three Robert Trent Jones Golf Trails, the Hampton House, a Nature Preserve, twenty-eight lakes, several parks, and over twenty miles of community sidewalks and paths.
